The Asset Purger for Email Campaigns app allows users (with permission) to remove completed campaigns with email assets that are no longer in use to alleviate the number of campaigns and email assets within an Eloqua instance. Key app features include:
- Restrict which Eloqua Users have access via a Cloud Menu app
- Search for completed campaigns within the desired date range
- Preview list of potential deletion candidates including name, owner, campaign start and end dates
- Export campaign lists to validate with team members
- Campaigns with non-email assets, such as forms and landing pages, are automatically excluded from search results
