• The Data Cloud Admins Tools allows users to manage their Data Cloud data sources, data feeds, Data Cloud metadata and view system-level reports.
• The Data Cloud Contact Query Builder allows users to query the Data Cloud using simple or complex query criteria across all of your data tables on Campaign Canvas and Program Canvas (Contacts). Resulting records can be imported as Eloqua Contacts and you can even append Contact records from data across your Data Cloud tables.
• The Data Cloud CDO Query Builder allows users to query the Data Cloud using simple or complex query criteria across all of your data tables on the Eloqua Program Canvas (Custom Objects). Resulting records can be imported as Eloqua Custom Object records and you can even append data from across your Data Cloud tables.
• The Data Cloud Decision app allows you to evaluate contacts or custom objects based on Data Cloud query criteria, such as field values or historical purchases. Each contact or custom object flows through the Campaign or Program following the decision’s yes or no path.
