An avid user of Oracle’s Eloqua marketing automation platform, Thomson Reuters has become accustomed to utilizing advanced data management and ETL tools to assist with segmentation and targeting. Thomson Reuters retired their native Unica platform and moved into a new CDP leveraging data transfer tools integrated with Eloqua so they could better segment their data and target their communication.
Relationship One’s Data Cloud app was able to centralize all of Thomson Reuters’ customer data across a variety of sources without the need to flatten the data or change its architecture.
