By now we’ve covered the basics of the Relationship One AppCloud, Data Appenders and Campaign Enhancers. For the final installment of our AppCloud series, let’s focus on the Relationship One Channel Apps.

What are Channel Apps Designed for?

Our Channel Apps are really complex and cool, because they interact with third party contact tools to get data and merge that data in your Oracle Eloqua instance. Adding these features can help you in many ways, particularly with bringing in that external data.

How much will this cost me?

As with all of the products in our AppCloud, there are some Channel Apps that you can access for free, but if the app is one that we designed specifically for a client to fix what may be a more complex problem, we consider them to be our Premium apps, and they can only be accessed through a monthly subscription fee.

Below are some of our more popular Channel Apps. Take a look and learn more about what they do and how they can help you enhance your Oracle Eloqua Instance!

Twilio SMS Standard Cloud Action

Connect with prospects, customers, and internal team members via SMS using Twilio’s powerful technology. This Cloud Action allows you to easily incorporate SMS messaging into your campaign or program canvas logic in Eloqua.

With the standard cloud action, you can:

  • Setup an outbound SMS message within minutes
  • Personalize your SMS using data stored for the Contact’s record
  • Push or schedule an SMS message through the campaign canvas or program canvas

Twilio SMS Pro Cloud Action

Now you can extend your reach even further with SMS messaging. With Twilio SMS Pro, you can create and manage high volume SMS push campaigns within Oracle Eloqua. Users are able to:

  • Send SMS messages from multiple phone numbers or short codes to maximum delivery speed
  • Personalize your SMS using data from the Contact’s record
  • Configure an automatic message to be sent to replies
  • Setup keyword listening for opt-out management
  • Push or schedule an SMS message through the campaign canvas or program canvas 

Eventbrite

Eventbrite Cloud Decision 

Now you can compare Oracle Eloqua contact records to Eventbrite registrants/attendees. Based on your results, you can take relevant action thanks to this Cloud Decision app! Side note: you can use this app on both Campaign Canvas and Program Canvas! Users are able to:

  • Select which Eventbrite event to match against
  • Define which Oracle Eloqua and Eventbrite fields to match on
  • Filter the match criteria using the event registration status.

Eventbrite Cloud Feeder (Premium)

Available for both Campaign Canvas and Program Canvas, you can now automatically import contact and event data from Eventbrite into your Oracle Eloqua Contact database and optionally, a Custom Object. Thanks to this Cloud Feeder, you are able to:

  • Select Eventbrite events from which to import data
  • Filter the data imported by registration status
  • Choose the specific Eventbrite data to import into the Eloqua contact database and optionally, a custom object.
  • Set a frequency of their choice: one-time or scheduled intervals for recurring imports
