If you know much about us, you are familiar with our story. Ron Corbisier, CEO, and Tim Soulen, COO, recognized the the potential for marketing automation to deliver the holy grail of marketing – the ability to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time, through the right channel.
That’s when they decided to join forces and start a company that would help deliver the best relationship management platform: Relationship One. Since then, we have had the pleasure of working with some outstanding companies, building relationships that skyrocket us both to modern marketing success.

Three years ago, an employee paid a Darth Vadar impersonator to come sing “Happy Birthday” to our COO, Tim Soulen. It wasn’t his father.

Two years ago, Marketing Cloud consultant Anna accidentally sent a companywide email letting everyone know she was going to WFH… but she accident sent an email with the subject like “WTF”. LOL, right?
Humble beginnings
In 2012, our Minneapolis crew moved into the office building that we still call home today! We may be outgrowing it but we still love it as much as we did at move-in.
Children, puppies, hedgehogs, oh my!
We really miss our remote employees… but there is a small perk to meetings over Webex: everyone’s home life gets captured! Whether it is excited children, unruly animals, or snoring bulldogs, there is never a dull moment.
Advocacy is no joke
It’s no secret we love Influitive, and we take our own advocacy hubs VERY serious. Recently, Technical Marketing Cloud Architect, Charlie Nystrom, surpassed VP of Sales and Marketing, Mike Bernard as one of the top 5 advocates on the Oracle Marketing Cloud Advocates Hub! Nothing like a little friendly (super intense) competition.

Over the years, it has been our pleasure to be your partner through each and every Oracle Marketing Cloud journey. Our first client was McGladery LPP (Now RSM). We are proud to say since then, we have worked with over 400 companies and we add more to our list every day! We wouldn’t be where we are today without all of our customers, partners, prospects, followers, and friends. We appreciate any and all interactions and we hope you watch us continue to grow as the years roll on.
That being said, we also need to do a major shout out to our Relationship One employees. Without each and every one of you, none of these outstanding memories or milestones would be possible. Each employee continues to amaze us with their hard word, dedication, and unwavering sense of humor. R1 truly is a best place to work!
