Thomson Reuters graciously hosted the second Twin Cities user group of 2017. It was standing room only as we listened to and learned from some of the brightest marketing minds in the Twin Cities. The event kicked off with announcements and a review of the latest Oracle Eloqua release information.

Ron Corbisier, CEO at Relationship One challenged everyone to think about what’s in their Martech stack, and how much they are spending on it. He showed us how the stack has changed over the years and how Oracle can fit into your marketing stack and help it excel your efforts.

Up next was Desiree Quinn from Optum. Desiree shared her journey to creating and implementing a custom preference center. Using the crawl, walk, run approach Desiree showed us her experience in creating and implementing a custom preference center and her initial results.

Finally, Chris Block from Cummins, presented on his journey to building a Marketing Automation Center of Excellence. Chris walked everyone through his approach, key steps in his plan, and finally his user training program.

We appreciate Thomson Reuters hosting us. We are looking forward to networking and learning together again. Stay tuned for more details about our next event on July 25th.
