You’ve heard it before: If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.
Relationship One just won Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award for a third consecutive year. Can I get a whoop whoop from my marketing geek colleagues?!
One might be curious what truly makes a company a “Best Place to Work”. This award is given based on an anonymous survey answered by employees. The survey asks the individual’s feedback on their employer’s culture, leadership, peers, corporate communications, and other factors that are important. The survey data is aggregated to generate a score for each company candidate. Those scores are then used to determine the top best places to work in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. At the end of the day, this award is all about how employees feel about the company at which they work, which makes it a great honor to receive this particular award.
So, why is Relationship One a back-to-back-to-back winner of the Best Places to Work award? I could sit down and tell you all the reasons myself again (check out the 10 reasons I gave this time last year), but this year we’re widening the scope of input into what got us here.
