A huge thank you to all those who attended last night’s Twin Cities Oracle Marketing Cloud user group event hosted at the Cambria Gallery on 7th. Not only was the space breath-taking, but the level of participation and conversation between OMC users was inspiring!
The event kicked off with an introduction from Relationship One’s own Mike Bernard. He covered everything from the upcoming Oracle Eloqua releases (491 & 492) and Google Chrome security changes to the latest Inspired Marketing episodes to look out for. Check out the sneak peek he shared for the next TCUG:
Up next was J.J. Thoele from Cambria, presenting on the beginning of his journey with Oracle Eloqua. Although in the infancy of their OMC learning, J.J.’s team has began putting intent behind their content, creating design tools and resources for their customers. See more of what they are working on:
Following J.J. was Niles Randolph of Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Niles is a seasoned vet of OMC user groups, and has credited Oracle Eloqua for the acceleration of his career. His group discussions about Oracle Eloqua processes and GDPR got the entire room engaged and active. Learn more here:
Finally, Matt Everson of LookBook HQ and Carol Mendenhall of Thomson Reuters co-presented on their work with a lead nurturing campaign revival. Their modern approach to a “drip-campaign” focused on talking with Thomson Reuters customers, rather than talking at them. Get the full story:
